This 2-room apartment with a generous surface area of 42 m² can accommodate 6 people.
The accommodation has an entrance with storage leading to the sleeping area, a living room with a kitchen equipped with everything you will need for your stay, a living-dining room with a television, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have at your disposal a bedroom with storage and a 140 x 190 cm double bed, a sleeping area with two 80 x 190 cm single beds and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
Ideally located in the "Les Valérianes" building in Hauts de Préclaux, you'll be just steps from all the resort's shops and attractions. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the square and surrounding mountains.
For added comfort, this accommodation has a private ski box which will be reserved for you to store your equipment.
You will also have unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness area, open summer and winter season only.
As a bonus, you have the option to reserve a space in the residence's underground parking lot with this apartment, directly with the agency (at an additional cost and subject to availability).
