The Agence des Orres offers you this beautiful, modern and cozy apartment located on the heights of Les Orres 1800. It is slightly set back from the resort's main square and the main road and will offer you a peaceful stay while being close to activities. With its west orientation, it benefits from an exceptional view of the entire exterior of the resort, the Mazelière and its valley, the surrounding larch forests and, on the right, the valley of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the town of Embrun.
The entrance is located on the ground floor of the building, with the balcony overlooking the floor, and in this residence you will benefit from free access to the heated indoor swimming pool and a private ski box.
With 2 main rooms on 34m², it consists of an entrance with storage, a living room with sofa bed and television, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with additional television and large dressing room, a sleeping area, separate WC, a bathroom with bathtub, and a large balcony with garden furniture which will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view without vis-à-vis during your meals or your evenings.
You will find everything you need for your stay on site: all the kitchen utensils to recharge your batteries after your sports outings, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, fondue set, hair dryer, etc., allowing you to travel light.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people with a 140x200cm sofa bed in the living room, a large 160x200cm double bed in the bedroom which also has an additional television for breakfast in bed or so that everyone can enjoy their programs, and two 80x190cm bunk beds in the sleeping area opposite the bedroom.
You will be located on the heights of the resort, around fifty meters from the ski lift ticket offices, around 250 meters from the main square and its small shops (restaurants, bars, mini-market and regional products, equipment rentals, etc.), and around 200 meters from the slope departures.
You will also be just a few hundred meters from hiking trails.
Also consider visiting the Orres 1650 resort and its additional shops, about ten minutes away on foot by taking the footpath that leads down through the forest.
