The Agence des Orres offers you this apartment ideally located in the heart of Les Orres 1800 on the 2nd floor of the "Les Eglantines" building in the Hauts de Préclaux residence. With a beautiful surface area of 34 m² and able to accommodate 6 people, it was beautifully renovated in the fall of 2024 in a modern and warm style thanks to light wood (photos not contractual as new visuals are to come).
The living area consists of a lounge with a wall-mounted television and a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed; a dining area for 6 guests and a fully equipped kitchen area: hotplates, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.
You will also have a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a sleeping area closed by a sliding door and equipped with two 80 x 190 cm single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub for a moment of relaxation and a separate toilet complete the whole.
You will undoubtedly appreciate the south-facing balcony which offers a superb view of the slopes and the snow front of Les Orres 1800.
You will have direct access to the slopes as soon as you exit the ski locker, where you will have a private box to store your skiing equipment: ideal for a "ski-in/ski-out" stay!
Crossing the shopping square, you can enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, the fitness room and the sauna cabins (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
