This 29 m² studio is ideal for a ski-in/ski-out stay. Ideally located just steps from the shops and entertainment in Les Orres 1800, in the "Les Églantines" building in Hauts de Préclaux, it offers direct access to the slopes from the ski locker where a private box will be reserved for you.
Thanks to its south-facing exposure, you can take full advantage of its balcony on the 3rd floor of the residence, to read your favorite book, have a sunny breakfast or simply enjoy the calm of the mountain.
It consists of an entrance with storage leading to the sleeping area, a large living room with a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, a living-dining room with a television, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have two single beds (80 x 190 cm) at your disposal in the sleeping area and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
For your comfort, enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool and its sauna cabins, as well as the fitness room (wellness area open seasonally only, summer and winter).
As an added bonus, you will have the option to reserve an underground parking space with the agency (at an additional cost and subject to availability).
