This magnificent 4-room duplex apartment of 73 m², completely renovated and redecorated, is located slightly set back from the main square of Les Orres 1800, facing the valley bordering the resort, facing west, and will therefore offer you a stay in complete tranquility.
It is accessible from the main entrance of its building, using elevator 1.
It consists of an entrance hall with storage, a warm living room with corner sofa, armchair, television and electric fireplace, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, as well as two balconies with garden furniture offering a breathtaking and unoverlooked view of the Mazelière valley and the larch forests bordering the resort.
You will find the apartment fully equipped with: all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, oven, vacuum cleaner, electric fireplace and washing machine, so you can travel light.
For your sleeping arrangements, the apartment has a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, a 160 x 200 cm double bed in the second, as well as two 80 x 200 cm single beds (which can be pushed together) and two 90 x 190 cm bunk beds in the third, for a total capacity of 8 people.
You will be located less than 200 meters from the activities and shops of the Orres 1800 resort (restaurants, mini-market, sports equipment rentals and departure of the slopes, etc.) and a few hundred meters from the departures of the hiking trails.
For a smooth arrival, don't hesitate to reserve a parking space in the residence's underground car park (additional charge).
