This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator of its residence, facing northeast and slightly set back from the central square of the Orres 1800 resort for a peaceful stay.
Redecorated and newly furnished in summer 2024, it now offers refinement and the comfort of modernity.
It consists of an entrance hall with storage, a living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a spacious balcony.
You will find all the necessary equipment for your vacation, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, modern ceramic hobs, and above all a washing machine.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will find a large double bed (160x200cm) in the bedroom and a convertible sofa (140x190cm) in the living room, to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the hiking trails.
