About 2km from Collioure and 500m from Port-Vendres and 50m from the beach.
Very nice, fully renovated F2 apartment with superb sea view, equipped for 4 people and private WIFI, comprising: living room with kitchenette with electric hob, oven, microwave and washing machine, bedroom (140 cm bed), shower room, separate WC, loggia. Possibility of parking in the residence (but no designated parking, therefore subject to availability in high season).
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
