6OLI142 - Residence l'OLI - About 50m from the beach, 700m from the town center of Port-Vendres and 1.2 km from the town center of Collioure. Pleasant 4-room apartment with sea view of about 65m2 with private parking. It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with 2x90 cm bunk beds, a kitchen open to the living room with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, a loggia, a TV and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a terrace, each with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with washing machine and toilet.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
