Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can discover all the magic of this UNESCO World Heritage city on foot. You'll be staying close to shops, 50m from the town hall, 200m from the casino, and 300m from the beach.
The apartment is located on the floor of a quiet residence. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel right at home.
Designed for 4 people, it is composed as follows:
- A living room with a seating and dining area. The living room is equipped with a high-end 140 x 200cm sofa bed and a Smart TV to connect to your YouTube, Netflix, etc. accounts. An office space for travelers wishing to work remotely is also available.
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
- A bedroom equipped with quality Queen Size bedding 160x200cm.
- A beautiful bathroom with rain shower, WC and washing machine (currently out of service).
The accommodation is very bright and warm.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, Smart TV, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
Paid parking is available around the property from 9am to 12pm, then from 2pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking is available in the city for all electric vehicles. Heading to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a great way to explore the city.
Closest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10c/15 min extra. 7-day package 23 euros.

The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the beach, the town hall, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, gourmets will be satisfied with Les Halles, which is less than 50m from the apartment. You can also enjoy the various restaurants in the city center (Les Enfants Sages, Le Margote, La Tablée, etc.).
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
