A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob) with central island, all opening onto an 8m² terrace facing southwest with magnificent unobstructed views over the gardens to the sea. A bedroom with a double bed 140 cm and a balcony of 2m². The 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm and 2 extra beds 90 cm. A bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and a separate toilet. Furnished and equipped for 6 people.
Located 100 meters from the Seaquarium and 800 meters from the main street of the city center, there are many activities available to you in Grau-du-Roi and its surrounding areas.
