On the floor, this 48m² one-bedroom apartment has been completely renovated and is air-conditioned. It features a bright living room equipped with a television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, opening onto a small balcony with a magnificent view of the Canal. You'll witness unforgettable sunsets. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee machine. The air-conditioned bedroom has a 160cm bed, while the bathroom includes a toilet and shower. Furnished and equipped for two people, the apartment allows you to fully enjoy your stay without a car, and bicycle storage is available. Pets are not allowed.
Ideally located in the heart of the city centre and only 150 metres from the beach, this accommodation invites you to discover all the fun and tourist activities that Grau du Roi and its surroundings have to offer.
