BOUCANET - RIGHT BANK - Quiet Neighborhood - In a quiet and secure residence close to the beach and 1 km from the city center. On the 4th and last floor without elevator, a very bright 32m² studio composed of a living room with a 120 cm double sofa bed, a 2-bed pull-out bed and a TV. Opening onto an 8m² loggia with a magnificent sea view, not overlooked. A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine), a bathroom with a toilet. A private cellar at the bottom of the building and a bicycle storage room are at your disposal. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Pets are not allowed.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
