NORTH BEACH - Luxury residence ESCALE PORT, with swimming pool (Open mid-June to mid-September), secure shared parking and garden directly on the Port. Nice studio on the 2nd floor, composed of a bright living room with 140 cm sofa bed, a 1-bed 80 cm fold-away bed and a TV, opening onto a 2.5m² balcony with sea view. Equipped kitchen (microwave, Top fridge, hob). Shower room with washing machine and toilet. Beach 100m away, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Furnished and equipped for 3 people.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
