CITY CENTER – Right Bank – On the Quai Général de Gaulle opposite the canal. On the 1st floor, a 48m², fully open-plan, loft-style duplex P2 apartment. The 1st floor comprises a bright living room with a 140cm sofa bed, television, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, opening onto a 3m² balcony with a magnificent view of the canal, the fishing port and the south-east-facing swing bridge. A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher). An open staircase leads directly to the upstairs bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a second 3m² balcony overlooking the south-east-facing canal.
A sliding door leads to the bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Municipal parking 300m away.
Ideally located 300m from the beach, the Super U shopping center, fishing port, 400m from the bus station.
