This apartment features a main room with a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a closet, and a bathroom with a toilet. A beautiful terrace allows you to enjoy meals outdoors in a relaxing setting: views of the marina and the marine lake.
2 beds (90 cm) in the bedroom, 1 bed (140 cm) + 1 bed (90 cm) in the living room, thanks to a convertible sofa and armchair.
For parking, you will have a private space in the large car park located behind the residence.
