Functional, air-conditioned apartment featuring a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. The living room has a sofa bed (140 cm).
A spacious terrace will allow you to take your meals outside, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing setting and a view of the park and the Salses pond.
This apartment is located in the Antigua residence.
A large parking lot is available for tenants, behind the residence. (Unnumbered spaces).
As part of your rental, you will have:
- an aquatic area with 2 pools and a water play area for children and adults.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband that you will receive upon arrival.

- an outdoor fitness area for getting back into shape or more physical work.
