Quiet location, beaches and tennis club 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by car from Sanary-sur-Mer, close to shops.
On the ground floor:

Fully equipped kitchen with spacious worktop.
Master bedroom with its bathroom and dressing room, opening onto the terrace.

Upstairs:
2 bedrooms with dressing room, one opening onto a balcony.
