In a very quiet residential area on the heights of the Tamaris sector, the house has a lovely open view of Tamaris Bay, a furnished balcony with garden furniture and a large, fully fenced outdoor space with parasol, bowling alley and ping-pong table.
2 spaces allow parking for 2 vehicles along the house.
It is located 6 minutes by car from the town center of La Seyne-sur-Mer, 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from the Corniche de Tamaris pier and 20 minutes on foot from Sablettes beach.
The city of Toulon is easily accessible by road or by a pleasant crossing by sea shuttles from La Seyne-sur-Mer.
Close to shopping areas (5 mins by car).
The location of the house makes it easy to discover our beautiful Var department and coastline.
