This fully air-conditioned villa is composed of a large living/dining room, an equipped and open kitchen (electric oven, double combined refrigerator, microwave, kettle toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, laundry room with dishwasher, induction hob...) all opening onto two large furnished terraces with a beautiful view of the swimming pool, the hills and the sea.
A sleeping area, composed of three double bedrooms with 180x200 cm beds and storage, private shower rooms and terrace access.
Upstairs, a double bedroom en suite with a 180x200 cm bed, a shower room, a double bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed with a bathroom, all with direct access to a large terrace with sea and hill views.
Possibility of parking two vehicles within the villa grounds as well as another in the garage.
For your comfort: Wi-Fi internet, television, air conditioning, garden furniture, electric grill, sun loungers...
To be paid on site: Security deposit €2,500 (by credit card, not debited) tourist tax (according to current rates).
Bed and bath linen provided and beds made up for your arrival, weekly cleaning and end of stay cleaning included.
