This cozy villa benefits from air conditioning, a terraced garden offering several terraces and a swimming pool (secured by an alarm), the villa, fully fenced, is closed by an automatic gate for your security.
It is possible to park one vehicle inside the villa grounds (be careful with low vehicles) as well as another outside.
Inside, a living/dining room opens onto a south/east facing terrace, benefiting from a large awning and a beautiful view of the hills.
A fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle, etc.) opens onto a shaded terrace at the rear of the villa, perfect for summer lunches with family or friends. A pantry is also available.
In the sleeping area on the same level, there is an air-conditioned double bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200cm) and a wardrobe. There is also a second double bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a wardrobe, and a bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.

To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,200 (by credit card, not charged), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €140.
