15 minutes from the center of La Londe-Les-Maures, 16 minutes from Argentière beach, 20 minutes from L'Estagnol beach, the beaches of Hyères, Toulon-Hyères Airport and the pier for the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Levant).
The villa: With a surface area of approximately 120 m² and a plot of 1800 m² with an infinity pool (9x5m), several terrace areas, a pool house with bar, a pétanque area.
It extends over 2 levels:
Level 1: An air-conditioned double bedroom with a QueenSize bed (160*200) and a sea view terrace.
A large bathroom and shower, a separate toilet.
Ground floor: A large living/dining room with fireplace and television, a large open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, all opening onto a long terrace with sea and pool views. Two air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds (160*200) and wardrobes, a safe, and a terrace with sea views.
At the rear of the villa, there is a steep access not recommended for low vehicles.
Another access to the front, gentler, followed by a few steps to reach the villa.
To be paid on site: Security deposit €1600 (by credit card, not debited) tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €220.
