Located facing the sea, with beach access at the foot of the residence, in the COUCHANT DISTRICT, on the third and last floor with elevator, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay by the sea.
Its living-dining room opens onto a very beautiful and large south-facing terrace with full sea view. The apartment is composed of a living room with corner sofa, and 2 bedrooms.
On the ground floor is the bedroom with two single beds (80 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as a dressing area. Upstairs is the second bedroom equipped with a double bed (140 cm) with a small balcony and bathroom.
The apartment has a flat-screen TV in the living room, a kitchen area with a wine cellar, refrigerator with freezer and electric hotplates, plus storage cupboards and all the necessary equipment for cooking and sharing good meals facing the sea.
You will benefit from a private covered parking space (1.95m high) in the secure basement of the residence.
