It is located on the ground floor of the residence and is ideal for spending holidays with friends or family. It will allow you to relax while enjoying the swimming pool and superb walks in the Ponant. (Access to the swimming pool is subject to sanitary conditions allowing the opening of the pool). The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the residence's manager or the competent authorities. No refund or compensation may then be claimed. Located just a stone's throw from the golf course and the pretty port, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay just minutes from the beach and shops. With a surface area of 34m², it can easily accommodate up to 4 people. It has a sofa bed in the living room, a 160cm double bed in the bedroom and 2 single bunk beds in the cabin, not suitable for children under 6 years old (- article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a washing machine and the toilet is separate. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace on the garden level and has a flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens and towels are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A car park 2 steps from the residence will allow you to park your car.
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to health conditions permitting. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the building manager or the relevant authorities. No refund or compensation may be claimed in this case.
