La Grande-Motte, Two-room apartment for 6 people in a residence with swimming pool.
Located just a stone's throw from the golf course and the pretty port of Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay just minutes from the beach and shops.
Its living room opens onto an east-facing terrace with a side view of the Port du Ponant. It has a 140 cm bed in the bedroom as well as a trundle bed (2 single beds) and a flat-screen TV. In the living room there is a 160 cm Rapido sofa (easy to open) as well as a second TV. The very well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, citrus press and plenty of storage space. Two tables will be at your disposal to enjoy meals inside or on the terrace.
At the entrance there is a dressing room with storage and iron and ironing board as well as a bathroom with toilet.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and towels are not included in the price. However, if you would like to add these services, please contact us.
A shared car park within the residence with numerous parking spaces will allow you to park your car underground.
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to health conditions permitting. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the building manager or the relevant authorities. No refund or compensation may be claimed in this case.
