This beautiful studio on the ground floor of the TEE2 residence is ideal for spending a vacation with friends or family. It will allow you to relax while enjoying a magnificent unobstructed view of the West. Located just a stone's throw from the golf course and the pretty West Harbor, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have a stay just minutes from the beach and shops. With a surface area of 25m², it accommodates up to 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet is separate. The living room, equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, opens onto a beautiful terrace and a garden. It is equipped with a television.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator with freezer. A washing machine is also available.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and towels are not included in the price. However, if you would like to add these services, please contact us.
Shared parking within the residence or near the golf course will allow you to park your car.
Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to health conditions permitting. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the building manager or the relevant authorities. No refund or compensation may be claimed in this case.
