Holiday rental in La Grande-Motte: a beautiful apartment for 4 people, ideally located in a residence with a swimming pool. Just steps from the golf course and very close to Lake Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment guarantees a pleasant stay in a peaceful, green setting.
Its air-conditioned living room opens onto a lovely south-facing ground-floor terrace, offering optimal natural light throughout the day. The apartment comprises a comfortable living room with a sofa, as well as two air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), and the second has a sofa bed (140 cm), comfortably accommodating up to four people.
The apartment also features a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, electric hob, and a breakfast area with a toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Ample storage cupboards are available, as well as a washing machine.
The separate sleeping area provides access to a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

Regarding the swimming pool, it will be open subject to health conditions permitting. The agency accepts no responsibility in the event of a decision to close the pools by the building management or the relevant authorities. No refund or compensation will be issued in such cases.
