Located in La Grande-Motte, just a stone's throw from the Golf Course and the charming Port du Ponant, this functional and well-equipped apartment is ideal for a successful stay. Its living room opens onto a south-facing terrace with a view of the swimming pool. It is equipped with a large comfortable 160 cm bed, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with 2 electric hotplates, a TOP refrigerator, and a storage cupboard. The separate cabin has two single bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old in accordance with Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). A shower room and toilet are also available.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and towels are not included in the rate, but can be added upon request. A shared underground parking lot with plenty of parking is available.
