Holiday apartment for 4 people in La Grande Motte.
Located just a stone's throw from the Golf Course and the pretty Port du Ponant, in a residence with swimming pool, this air-conditioned and functional apartment of approximately 30m² ensures you have an idyllic stay, just a few minutes from the beach and shops.
Its living room opens onto a pretty south-facing terrace, with a view of Lake Ponant. It has a sofa bed in the living room, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped and functional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, freezer, etc.).
The separate bedroom has a 140cm double bed with storage cupboards. A shower room with toilet and washing machine is also included. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and towels are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. There is an outdoor parking lot near the residence with free access, where you can park your car.
The swimming pool is located on the western side (subject to sanitary conditions allowing the opening of the swimming pool. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the residence's manager or the competent authorities. No refund or compensation may then be claimed).
