Modern and bright two-room apartment for 4 people. It is located on Rue des Clercs in the pedestrian center of Grenoble on the 4th floor with elevator of a beautiful building.
1 bedroom with a futon bed + 1 double futon mattress in the living room (unfoldable if necessary).
The apartment is very quiet, overlooking a pleasant interior courtyard. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, it is very well-equipped and features a separate kitchen. The unobstructed view offers glimpses of the Belledonne and Taillefer mountains. It's an ideal base for a business trip or to explore Grenoble and its magnificent region.
🏢 This beautiful apartment is composed of:
- a large cozy living room with sofa, armchair and table for eating or working (office chair);
- a fully equipped independent kitchen: cooker with induction hob and oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not supplied), kettle, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils;
- a bedroom with a Japanese double bed “Muji” and futon (220 x 160 cm) + a second 2-seater futon mattress on tatami mats in the living room to be unfolded if necessary;
- a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer;
- separate toilets;
- numerous storage spaces.

📍 You're in Grenoble's historic, pedestrian-only district: numerous shops, bookstores, boutiques, markets, cafes, restaurants, and museums are all within easy reach of the apartment. You're also just a stone's throw from the magnificent Jardin de Ville, the Bastille cable car, and the Saint Laurent district. For the more athletic, you can go running or walking from the apartment to the Bastille or the banks of the Isère River.

Numerous public transport options, including the "Hubert Dubedout" tram stop for Tram A and B lines, which serve the city and surrounding areas, are less than a 2-minute walk away.
You can explore the city and the neighborhood on foot or by bike.
🚗 Parking: 3 covered parking lots (paid) within a 5-minute walk (Museum, Galeries Lafayette, Philippeville). Parking is available in the surrounding streets (paid during the day except on Sundays).

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
