🏢 Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this apartment, with careful decoration, is composed of
- a large fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.)

- a bedroom with 2 single beds
- a desk and a wardrobe
- a bathroom and separate WC
🙌 Please note that the general meeting approved the renovation of the facade and the renovation of the staircase. A renovation date will be set soon.

📍 This apartment is very well located, in the heart of the Chorier/Berriat district, less than 100 meters from the Estacade market, and a stone's throw from all shops (organic grocery store, bakery, greengrocers, small supermarket, etc.) and amenities (swimming pool, schools, laundromat, etc.).
It's a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute ride from tram A/B, which will connect you quickly throughout the city. Tram E, which is closer, will take you to the south of Grenoble.
Enjoy the Saint-Bruno market from Tuesday to Sunday, 500 meters away.
For students, the apartment is located a 5-minute walk from Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM)

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you come with your pet, we will ask you for €12 including tax / animal / day.
