🏢 Ideally located in the Bonne barracks district, this studio is located on the raised ground floor in a beautiful, secure student residence.
It is composed of:
- a fitted living room
- an open kitchenette,
- an office,
- a bathroom with shower and WC.
🛌 The apartment has a sleeping area: a comfortable convertible sofa bed in the living room.
🙋‍♂️ Please note: the accommodation is located in a student residence very well located in the center of Grenoble! You will have access to a reception during the week as well as a laundry room available in this historic building.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities in the apartment, such as a television, free Wi-Fi, some kitchen equipment (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster), storage space, bed linen and towels for 2 people upon arrival.
Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed through a trusted third party, "Swikly." After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. 🚗 Parking is available around the building (paid during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
