- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a living room with a convertible sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Rice cooker, Fondue maker, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is located near Gentilly Station.
You will find a "Franprix" supermarket at the foot of the building for your small daily purchases.
There are also many good restaurants nearby.

Gentilly is a town bordering Paris, served by the RER B line, which provides easy access to downtown Paris and is also the line connecting the two airports. The nearby T3a tram line provides access to the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles and the convention center, which hosts numerous trade shows every year, such as the motor show, the agricultural show, and the 1re Vision trade show. On foot, you can easily reach the Charléty Stadium, the Maison des Examens, and Parc Montsouris. There is also a Franprix supermarket nearby, open 7 days a week.
