Renovated studio, equipped for 3 people with a beautiful view of the bay and Fort St Elme located on the 1st floor with private parking space.
It consists of a kitchen equipped with an oven, washing machine, electric hob, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The sleeping area features a double sofa bed and a single bed (90 cm). A bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate toilet. A loggia with a magnificent view. The apartment has been completely renovated.
City center accessible in 10 minutes on foot, beach 15 minutes.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
