It consists of a living room dining room (double sofa bed 140cm) and fully equipped kitchen area (oven, washing machine, electric hob, top refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). A bedroom with two 90cm beds completes this property. It has private Wi-Fi connection. This apartment will charm you with its careful decoration and its ideal location. Private parking is located at the foot of the building. City center accessible in 5 minutes on foot, the beach is 8 minutes on foot.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
