Apartment equipped for 2 people with a main room and fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and small appliances) a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and bathroom with Italian shower. Elevator in the building. 400 m from the sea. Private garage (5.40m X 2.44mh 1.92 m).
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over at the agency (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
