6BAT3 - Les Batteries Residence - Approximately 50m from the beach and 2km from the town center
3-room apartment of approximately 55 m2 with terrace overlooking the sea, on the 1st and last floor, private covered parking. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, a separate kitchen with oven, two gas and two electric hobs, new refrigerator, microwave and new dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, brand new bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
