4DEMO46 - Collioure apartment type Apartment equipped for 2 to 4 people, in a village house facing Avall beach in the heart of Faubourg in Collioure.
On the 2nd floor, the apartment consists of a living room (2-seater corner sofa bed and TV) with equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob and small appliances). A bedroom with a 160 cm bed, closet and balcony and a bathroom with WC complete this property.
You can benefit from private Wi-Fi and a garage for motorcycles or bicycles.
Located opposite Avall beach, you can enjoy local shops, the sea and park your car in the surrounding paid car parks.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit (with a large and a small towel): 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
