Beach about 600m - Town center about 1km.
In a small, very friendly, recent and quiet residence, charming F2 apartment equipped for 4 people, consisting of a kitchenette (electric hob, mini oven, microwave), a living room (convertible for 2 people) opening onto a beautiful terrace (garden furniture), a bedroom (1 bed 120x190), a bathroom and separate toilet. Air conditioning and private parking in an underground garage (access for small cars).
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
