The apartment consists of a living-dining room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2, a TV, a dining area, and a terrace. A bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a large storage cupboard opens onto a second terrace. The kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, and electric oven, has direct access to the main terrace. A bathroom with an Italian shower, toilet, and washing machine completes this property.
Household linen as an additional paid service.
The property does not have disabled access.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
