4TERIMP-A02 - Horizon bleu is a superb new 3-room apartment with terrace, air conditioning, internet and parking in a recent residence (2023) on the Imperial road in Collioure.
Apartment equipped for 4 people with 2 bedrooms (one with 160 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds) and a large living room with large screen TV and adjoining fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, electric oven, 3-drawer fridge-freezer, microwave and small household appliances - PLEASE NOTE: Vertuo large pod Nespresso machine), large 20m2 terrace with unobstructed sea view, private parking and air conditioning and private wifi. Elevator in the building.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over at the agency (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
