Magnificent 92 square meter accommodation located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
ArrayIt is perfect for a tourist stay. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and one child.
You will stay a 3-minute walk from Lake Gaillands and a 5-minute drive from the city center.

This charming traditional chalet is composed of a ground floor with an open kitchen opening onto the dining room, a living room with fireplace and a large TV.
From the dining room and living room you have direct access to the terrace and garden.
On the 1st floor, you will find:
- 1 bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed,
- 1 shower room with WC
- 1 bedroom with a 150cm double bed.
On the 2nd floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 cm opening onto 1 balcony with magnificent view of the entire Mont Blanc range,
- 1 other bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 with the same balcony view
- 1 bathroom with WC.
On the 3rd floor:
- A small space that can be used as a playroom/reading room for young and old children.
In the basement:
- 1 garage with BBQ and parasol at your disposal
- 1 technical room with vacuum cleaner and mop,
- Hot water tank,
- Underfloor and electric heating
- 1 Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
You will find a raclette machine at your disposal under the TV.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
You will have free access to public transport (train and bus) thanks to the guest cards left in the chalet.

- Lake Gaillands is located nearby,
- the climbing site is a 5-minute walk away,
- For a day of leisure and relaxation with the family during the beautiful summer days, the Adventure Park: Accro' Park des Gaillands is also nearby and will delight young and old children!
- A cycle path is accessible right in front of the chalet.
- For hikers, a multitude of hiking trails for all levels are nearby.
Numerous restaurants, bars, and shops are located nearby. For your daily errands, a Super U is a 5-minute walk away.

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
Bus: 2 minutes walk on the Promenade Marie Paradis which leads to all the ski areas in the Valley.
