Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom with a bathtub
- a living room with a convertible sofa and a dining area.
- small terrace overlooking Mont-Blanc with two chairs and a bistro table.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Outdoor or indoor parking (unreserved space), Wi-Fi, Television, Dishwasher, Microwave, Citrus press, Toaster, Hair dryer, Filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto & Nespresso, Kettle, Safe, Ski locker. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Chamonix train station is a 10-minute walk away and buses are free thanks to the guest cards provided in the apartment.
The bus station is located at the foot of the building and will take you to all the ski areas.
An O'shop ski rental shop is located in a square a 3-minute walk from the building and will offer you a 20% discount upon presentation of the flyer left in the apartment. You will also find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping needs in this same square, as well as a pharmacy, a tobacconist, a laundromat, and a delicious bakery 5 minutes from the apartment!
The accommodation is located:
- 5 minutes walk from the “Aiguille du Midi” cable car;
- 10 minutes (maximum) by bus (or on foot for the more courageous) from the Brevent/Flegere ski resort;
- 1 kilometer from Lac des Gaillants;
- close to a SPA and massage (opposite the apartment)
- and a 5-minute walk from the city center.
For any reservation validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
For all reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in winter as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other tourist spots are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
