This warm duplex apartment includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room opening onto the furnished BALCONY, offering a sumptuous VIEW of the Mont Blanc range where you can enjoy your coffee or aperitifs at sunset! You will also have COVERED PARKING available.
To ensure your stay is comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Heating, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest.

Its greatest asset is its location which allows you to enjoy mountain activities; You will stay at:
15 min walk from the Brevent cable car (be careful, it's uphill!), 16 min from the "Domaine des Planards" which is a ski area for beginners in winter and an amusement park in summer, 14 min from the Richard Bozon Aquatic Center which also opens its doors to a multitude of activities: swimming pool, ice rink, fitness rooms... and 13 min from the Session Raft Chamonix for water sports such as rafting, tubing, hydrospeed, canyoning, kayaking...
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
Chamonix train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot and the bus station is less than 5 minutes away!
Transport is also free thanks to the guest cards given in the apartment.
A ski rental shop "O'shop" is located almost at the foot of the building (on the square just behind the bakery) and will offer you a 20% discount upon presentation of the flyer left in the apartment.
On the same square you will find a SPAR supermarket for your small purchases, as well as a pharmacy and a tobacconist.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
