Located in a small gated residence, this apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator and includes:
- a small bedroom of 9 m² at the entrance with a small office, a mezzanine with 2 single beds of 90 (high and allowing to free up space on the floor), be careful the stairs are dangerous for small children and difficult to access for the elderly.
- a living room with a 140cm double bed on the mezzanine;
- a bathroom with toilet;
- a fully equipped and open kitchen with washing machine;
- a dining area;
- and a lounge area with a sofa.
The little extras:
- outdoor parking in the residence
- an 18m² garage in the underground car park. Perfect for storing bikes and other sports equipment.
- snow sleds for children in the underground car park;
- a ski room and cellar in the residence;
- a travel cot for baby in the mezzanine;
- board games;
- guest cards offering public transport (train and bus from Servoz to Vallorcine);
- raclette machine and iron on the shelves to the left of the entrance;
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wi-Fi, Connected TV (without TV channels, just the possibility of connecting to your Netflix account or other platforms) and live box, Washer/dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Kettle and Toaster.
It should be noted that:
- the 2 single beds on the mezzanine are more suitable for "big" children, because the staircase is a little steep, making access difficult for young children and the elderly;
- there are 6 beds, but we are assuming 4 because one of them is not very big and there are only 4 seats around the kitchen table;
- you must unplug the garland and turn off the mezzanine light when you leave the accommodation;
- you should clean the hob in the kitchen (with a cloth and detergent found under the sink) as well as the stone cladding just behind it if in use. This will prevent grease stains. Thank you!

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

The highest icefall in the Alps, the Bossons Glacier extends to the Arve Valley above the old village now located in the urban extension of Chamonix.
Accessible in summer by chairlift, the summit of the Bossons Glacier offers panoramic views of the legendary Mont Blanc. The chairlift also operates during the summer, taking visitors to the flower-filled terrace of the glacier chalet to enjoy Savoyard specialties or refresh themselves with a local beer. At the bottom of the glacier is the famous Bossons ski jump. On the other side, the village is a prime starting point for exploring the nature reserve and forest trails of the Merlet Park, renowned for being home to numerous mountain animals.
