Our apartment is located in the heart of Caen, opposite the Banque de France, close to shops and the city's main attractions.

The accommodation is located at the foot of Place Maréchal Foch and the racecourse (also known as "La Prairie").
Recently tastefully renovated, you'll discover a superb 4-room apartment spanning 100m². Ideal for a stay with family, business, or friends, you'll be able to enjoy the city center atmosphere while enjoying a peaceful setting.
Able to accommodate up to 6 travelers, it is composed as follows:
- a beautiful living room with a dining area and an Ultra High Definition television.
- a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals.
- 3 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed (180x200cm), one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and one with two quality trundle beds (ideal for a couple with a child, for example).
- 1 shower room
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Household linen and sheets are provided in the rental.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Caen's prestigious Prairie district. Just steps away, you'll find numerous gourmet restaurants, shops of all kinds, the château, as well as easy access to public transportation, and more.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
