Located in a luxury residence, its proximity to the city center makes it an ideal place to enjoy Caen, its shops, and its marina, while enjoying a peaceful setting. This superb studio is ideal for a romantic getaway, a getaway with friends, or even a business trip.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator). Fully furnished, very bright and not overlooked, it includes:
- An open living room / kitchen / bedroom with UHD television, dining table, worktop, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, plenty of storage space, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc.
- The bedroom area is equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200cm)
- A spacious bathroom with shower, vanity unit, WC and storage.
Household linen and sheets are provided in the rental.
A free WIFI internet connection (very high-speed fiber optic) is available to our travelers.
You will find everything you need to feel at home.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. You will be given keys upon arrival.

Caen Marina is a welcoming and relaxing area. Well served by the train station, tram, and city buses, it's an ideal base for enjoying the region and the city. You'll find many quality restaurants and local shops here.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
