DEPOSIT
A €300 security deposit will be required as part of your rental. This deposit, which is provided via a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be paid before arrival. The amount will not be blocked or debited and will not affect the maximum amount you can use with your credit card. You will only be charged a €3.27 service fee.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Check-in is normally from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., but later check-ins are possible upon request, for an additional charge of 10 euros per additional hour.
