The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso machine, and toaster, as well as all necessary kitchenware. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed with a memory foam mattress and a comfortable armchair. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and hairdryer. Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, and a separate toilet.
A €250 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.50.
