Located on the 1st floor of a historic building with beautiful stone, enter this loft-style apartment, combining modernity and authenticity, notably thanks to its exposed stone and its glass roofs providing warm light.
The living space has a TV corner with a sofa bed, a bar table and stools as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The single-story bedroom offers a double bed (140 cm) with direct access to the bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit.
You can also enjoy a rooftop terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bordeaux, offering a sofa and two armchairs, ideal for having breakfast or an aperitif in the sun, after a day of sightseeing.
A €350 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €4.45.

Take tram A from the “Aéroport de Mérignac” stop to the “Hôtel de Ville” stop, then walk for 6 minutes.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take bus 1 from the “Gare Saint Jean” stop to the “Palais de Justice” stop and walk 7 minutes or take tram C from the “Gare Saint Jean” stop to the “Place de la Bourse” stop and walk 11 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have parking, the public parking "Clemenceau Auditorium" is located 350 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is €30 for the day.
