On the 2nd floor of a typical Bordeaux stone building, the apartment has been completely renovated and the fittings are tastefully done.
You enter a bright and welcoming living room with a dining area, an open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with a sofa and coffee table. A TV and a stereo system complete the amenities. Wi-Fi is free and dedicated to this apartment. Very quiet, with views of the rooftops of Bordeaux, not overlooked.
Separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower. Opposite, two cozy bedrooms with double beds and closets/wardrobes available.
A baby cot can be provided for €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.

A €250 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.

Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., but later check-ins are possible upon request, with a surcharge of €10 per additional hour.
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from Mérignac airport station to Quinconces station then take tram B to Cours du Médoc and walk to the apartment.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take Tram C or D to Quinconces, then change to Tram B to Cours du Médoc and walk 100 m to the apartment.
To park your vehicle, street spaces are free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The nearest public parking lot is called "Parking public METPARK - Allées de Chartres" and costs €20 per day.

The beautiful buildings are a great example of the new Bordeaux. The land once belonged to an old Carthusian monastery (Chartreux in French, which led to its current name, Les Chartrons), drained by the Dutch in the 17th century. Cours Xavier Arnozan (formerly Pavé des Chartrons) is one of the city's most aristocratic and elegant streets. Living on the “Pavé” was still a sign of social status in the last century.
We recommend the Quai des Marques which is an ideal shopping location with parking and a tram stop nearby where you can have lunch and brunch in a café facing the Garonne and its boats with a view of the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.
